Investment operations

Group’s parent company Scanfil plc is an investment company which aim is to act in the ownership role in contract manufacturing and also other new sectors. By making long-term investments Scanfil aims to invest its accumulated assets in a more versatile and efficient manner.  Scanfil aims to get a holding in companies operating in the selected business sectors, which will enable it to actively influence their operations.

Contract manufacturing

The company has over 30 years of experience of supplying demanding subcontracting and manufacturing services. A key element in contract manufacturing business is offering customers a service entity, which consists materials purchasing, logistics, versatile production and NPI and testing services. In production Scanfil has paid special attention to cost management, flexible and efficient production processes and the ability to manage the whole supply chain.

Tested final products are typical Scanfil products. The main telecom products include integrated equipment racks for mobile and ADSL networks and the assembly and testing of the related modules. Industrial electronics products include box-built electronic products, electronic modules, backplanes and assembled circuit boards and cable products.
